Refund Policy: Cancellation/refund requests received 60 days prior to conference will receive a full refund, minus a $200 processing fee. Between 30 and 60 days before the conference 50% of sponsorship will be refunded. No refunds will be provided within 30 days of the conference. Should the conference be cancelled, a full refund will be processed.
