Conference Registration includes 2 1/2 days of educational sessions, Monday Welcome Reception,  Tuesday Breakfast, Lunch, Reception/Dinner, Wednesday Breakfast, Lunch, Reception/Dinner and Thursday Breakfast & Lunch.

Please indicate the evening social functions you plan on attending.  These are included in your registration fee.

  • Monday May 8, 6:30 - 8:00 pm at the Oasis Pool Bar

  • Tuesday May 9, 6:00 pm Reception, 7:00 pm Keynote Speaker, 7:30 pm Dinner

  • Wednesday May 10, 6:00 pm Reception/Poster Session, 7:00 pm Dinner

  • Thursday May 11, 12:30 - 1:30 pm Closing Lunch

Refund Policy: Cancellation/refund requests received by April 9, 2023 will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee. No refunds will be provided after midnight on April 9, 2023.   Registrant substitutions will be accepted with written notification from the original registrant.
